DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ONLY: In the event that an item should be damaged during transit or arrive defective, we will gladly provide an exact exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include your order number, the email address used for the order, and a detailed explanation of why you would like to return/exchange your item.
